New Ordering System

To help us manage orders more efficiently and fairly, we’ve introduced a new online ordering system. All customers will now need to fill out a quick Club Account Application Form before placing their first order.

This helps us streamline the process, provide better service, and offer you a discount on stick prices for the rest of the year.

Going forward, all stick orders will now go through our online ordering system at taneracamans.com for all other orders please visit our stockist at shintyworld.com

 Here’s what to do:

1. Fill in the Club Account Application Form It only takes a minute, and once approved, we’ll assign your club a unique account number.
2. Use Your Account Number For All Future Orders This helps us process your orders quickly and accurately, especially during busy periods.
3. Enjoy a 2025 Discount All registered account holders will receive a discount on the RRP of our sticks for the rest of the year. This will be updated at the beginning of each season.

Please note:

• Orders will be processed strictly on a first come, first served basis. To avoid disappointment, please order early, especially during peak season.
• Lead times will be confirmed when the order form is submitted, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Why the change?

• It keeps all orders in one place, avoiding missed messages or confusion.
• It speeds up the process — no more chasing up details.
• It gives us a clearer view of what each club needs, so we can plan stock and production more effectively and yes, it saves our sanity!

We’re also introducing a Workload Rating to give you a clear idea of how busy we are:

• 🟢 1/5 – Quiet: Orders flying out the door, 2/3 week turn around
• 🟡 3/5 – Moderate: A steady flow, manageable wait, 4/5 week turn around
• 🔴 5/5 – Extremely busy: longer lead times expected, 6/8 week turn around

You’ll see our current rating displayed on the website order form so you know what to expect.

Thanks so much for your support and here’s to a brilliant season ahead!
